Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. The app works offline, and your data is stored on your device.
How is my safe-to-spend number worked out?
From what you have available, how long it needs to last until your next payday, and anything you have set aside for bills. Log an expense and the number updates immediately.
Can I use it with any pay schedule?
Yes. Tell the app what you have and when you next get paid — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or an irregular date all work.
What does Premium include?
Unlimited budgets, advanced insights, your full spending history, and data export as CSV or JSON. It is available monthly, annually, or as a one-off lifetime purchase.
I bought Premium before and it is not showing.
Open the paywall and tap Restore at the top right. Earlier lifetime purchases carry over and remain valid. If it still does not appear, email us and include the Apple ID email used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops future renewals and you keep Premium until the current period ends. A lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not need cancelling.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Will I lose my data if I change phone?
Your data lives on the device, so it moves with a standard device or iCloud backup restore. If you are switching without a backup, use the export feature in Premium first to keep a copy.
Is my financial data sent anywhere?
No. The app has no servers and makes no requests to us. See the privacy policy for the detail.
